Using the garden with sensory elements has positive influence on sensory integration that allows single stimuli to be sorted, organized and combined into full brain functions. The balance of these functions enables motor skills of the body to adapt harmoniously to the environment, and the mind to assimilate information efficiently. Sensory integration has also positive influence on coordination of the body and may play a supportive role in rehabilitation of disabled people.
