The DORACO Construction Corporation (Korporacja Budowlana DORACO) won the tender for the selection of the contractor for constructing the Administration and Service Centre on the terrain of the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk.
The work involves the design and construction of an office building with an area of about 8.3 thousand square meters together with land development of an area of at least 1.5 ha in the design and build system.
The investment will be financed from the Jessica Fund. The completion of the construction is expected for the spring of 2015.
The investor is Gdansk Economic Development Agency Ltd. (Gdańska Agencja Rozwoju Gospodarczego InvestGda).
On 15 October 2013 in Olszowa was held the ceremonial signing of the act of erecting and laying the foundation stone of the Waste Management Plant – a joint investment of thirteen municipalities, which is implemented in the framework of the project entitled “Modernisation of the waste management system in southern Wielkopolska and parts of the Oleśnica District”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in the framework of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2007-2013.

The Doraco Construction Corporation was admitted as a member of the organization Pracodawców RP (Employers of Poland).
The Employers of Poland (formerly the Polish Employers Confederation) is the largest and oldest organization of employers in Poland. Established in November 1989, it represents 7,500 companies, from small businesses to the largest in the country – those that effectively compete on world markets. Companies affiliated with the Employers of Poland employ about 4 million people. The vast majority of them – 85 percent – are private companies.
Ordinary members of the association may be employers and entrepreneurs, federations and other confederations as well as employer organization associations, as entrepreneurs operating in the Republic of Poland as well as employers and entrepreneurs whose activities cover the entire country or have a special economic position.
From 2 September residents of Oliwa may admire the gallery of old postcards with motives of the Oliwa Park. Signing of the contract for the implementation of the second phase of the modernisation and reconstruction of the port in Mrzeżyno
On 27 August 2013 the Trzebiatów commune signed a contract with the Doraco Construction Corporation for the implementation of the second phase of the modernisation and reconstruction of the port in Mrzeżyno.
On 30 July 2013 at the City and Commune Office of Kępno a contract was signed for the implementation of the third phase for the construction of the Waste Management Plant in Olszowa carried out within the framework of the project entitled “Modernisation of the waste management system in southern Wielkopolska and parts of the Olesnicki District”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in the framework of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2007-2013.
The contract was signed by the Chairman of the Board of INWESTOR –KĘPNO Sp. z o.o. – Tomasz Spychalski and Representative of the Board of Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. – Boguslaw Niklas. Present during the meeting was also Deputy Mayor of the City and Commune of Kępno, Szymon Szczesny.
The value of the contract amounts to PLN 50,934,632.20. The expected date for the implementation of the contract is 13 months from the date of signing the contract.
The project entitled “Modernisation of the waste management system in southern Wielkopolska and parts of the Oleśnica District” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund Priority III “Natural Environment” Measure 3.1 “Rationalization of waste management and protection of soils” Scheme 1 “Projects for creating complex waste management systems” within the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2007-2013, is creating a waste management system in the eight municipalities of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship as well as five municipalities in the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship:
Construction of a Waste Management Plant with a capacity of 39,600 Mg/year as well as a voluntary waste collection point in Olszowa,
Construction of a transhipment point with a capacity of 21,985 Mg/year as well as a voluntary waste collection point in Smolna,
Modernisation of the selective waste collection system,
Land rehabilitation of 7 existing landfills in Donaborów, Doruchów, Mianowice, Nowa Wieś Książęca, Smolna, Stradomia Dolna, Syców with a total area of 13.41 ha.,
Implementation of the environmental education programme.
