Modernization and reconstruction of an office building on the former Gdynia Shipyard for the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Renovated office building – commonly called AQUARIUM – will serve as office and administrative support to companies investing in the Baltic Port of New Technologies.
Baltic Port of New Technologies is an innovative business project, the linking process of the revitalization of the former Gdynia Shipyard and support the development of entrepreneurship in Pomerania, by combining innovative technology ideas to production and services in the country and the world.
The modernization project was formed in the Kenton Arch.
