The recruitment process comprises several stages, whose number and
level of advancement depend on the competences we look for in specific
jobs. In the course of our search for a right candidate we analyse
their know-how, skills and development potential.
Recruitment stages at K. B. Doraco:
1st Stage: Document analysis (CVs and applications)
2nd Stage: Job interview
3rd Stage: Psychological tests
The third recruitment stage is designed and conducted in recruitment
for specialist or managerial positions. At this stage tools used to
examine skills of a candidate are adjusted and structured according to
a job description.
