KARLIKOWO Housing Estate in Sopot
A housing estate located in the centre of Sopot, at the intersection of
3-go Maja Street and Król Jan Kazimierz Street, 800 m from the sea. The
scope of work included the construction of a service building and two
4-storey buildings with 56 apartments and parking spaces underground.
Ferroconcrete construction, curtain walls of hollow ceramic bricks
insulated with foamed polystyrene, wooden and steel roof frame covered
with ceramic tiles, double glazed wooden windows. Apartments finished
in the turnkey system with high quality materials.
