ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The main objective of our company's Environmental Policy, which is to exert the least impact on the natural environment in the process of project delivery, is implemented through partial objectives:
- maintaining the awareness of employees in the field of environmental protection and promoting environmentally-friendly practices and behaviours and encouraging employees to support the Environmental Policy and feel the sense of responsibility for its implementation
- ongoing improvement of effectiveness of pollution control and prevention measures and measures preventing the occurrence of negative environmental impact through efficient identification of significant environmental aspects and their management
- minimization of technological waste and managing waste in a manner that is safe for the environment by optimising the production process and segregating, storing and transferring waste for recycling or disposal
- rational management of (raw) materials, water, electrical and heat energy
- setting environmental protection requirements for suppliers
- when launching investment or modernisation projects - using new available technologies, taking account of economical and environmental approach
The Management Board of Construction Corporation Doraco declares:
- compliance with and fulfilment of requirements resulting from Polish legal regulations and European standards in the field of environmental protection
- taking ongoing measures with a view to improving environmental impact
- gradual improvement of occupational safety and protection of employees' health at the workplace
- providing customers, shareholders and employees and other stakeholders with information on environmental impact
We are convinced that the implementation of the objectives of the Environmental Policy serving to accomplish our mission will contribute to the reinforcement of our company's strong market position and good reputation, will improve our credibility in the eyes of our business partners, and first of all will build up satisfaction of the customer, who, buying our product, will associate it with the company capable of combining the highest quality with care about the natural environment.
