On the opening day, a lot of attractions awaited the guests visiting the garden:

- ice cream prepared live using liquid nitrogen
- visiting the garden
- huge soap bubbles
Using the garden with sensory elements has positive influence on sensory integration that allows single stimuli to be sorted, organized and combined into full brain functions. The balance of these functions enables motor skills of the body to adapt harmoniously to the environment, and the mind to assimilate information efficiently. Sensory integration has also positive influence on coordination of the body and may play a supportive role in rehabilitation of disabled people.
The garden with sensory elements was developed on the initiative of and founded by Korporacja Budowlana Doraco on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishing of the company and the 90th anniversary of incorporating Oliwa into Gdańsk.
Everybody is welcome to take a walk in the garden!
