The Olszyny Park estate is located in Warsaw’s Bemowo district and consists of multi-family residential buildings with full infrastructure, fenced and guarded. The estate has been integrated into the surrounding perennial stand.
Traditional construction was used in the buildings. Foundations and ceilings are based on reinforced concrete technology. Walls inside the buildings made of ceramic hollow bricks are additionally reinforced with reinforced concrete pins. An innovative solution are roofs made of waterproof concrete in TBW technology without additional waterproofing. The staircase floors are covered with stoneware, the walls are covered with washable wallpaper.
The buildings have elevators to the basement level.
It is worth noting that the investment was implemented very quickly (12 months). The construction was carried out under unfavorable weather conditions – from autumn 2003 to spring 2004. However, this did not affect the level of execution of the facilities.
