The project aimed to restore the former Farmstead with French and English gardens from XVIII century next to an upscale Oliwa Park in Gdańsk. It consists of 4 new Class A office buildings architecturally referring to the old farmstead.
The G Building – The headquarters of Doraco Building Corporation – is a Class A office building. The occupancy level is up to 70 people. It is located in surroundings of the manor house of Saltzmann – with its rich history dating back to 1760. The foundations for the architects’ work was inspiration taken from the rich history of Oliwa Park and incredible attention to detail – not only in terms of interior space, but also in relation to the functionality of usable space.
Friendly employees spaces but complementary to the classical character of the interior with modern and multifaceted functionality (intelligent building solutions, walls clad with bamboo veneer, mobile walls in the conference area).
The dominant finishing of spaces is a summary of natural materials of wood and stone with modern materials (Korian, glass, steel). During the construction of the building G, a fragment of an XVIII century old stone cellar was discovered. It was restored by the conservator and is located in the kitchen basement arranged anew (using wood).
