Modification work stages involved reconstruction of birdhouse building, adaptation and arrangement of the rooms reptiles, primates construction of pavilions, making the pool of hippos; snow leopard and aviaries garage and boiler room. The scope of work also included the construction and decorating, plumbing, installation, electrical and demolition.
