Korporacja Budowlana Doraco was selected the General Contractor for the Centrum Marszałkowska project in Warsaw.

The project is implemented by BBI Development S.A. in cooperation with Warszawska Spółdzielnia Spożywców Społem and is to replace the former Sezam shopping centre. It offers the total of about 16,500 m2 of floor space, including 11,000 m2 designed for offices and about 5,500 m2 for shops and service outlets. The design also provides for a two-level underground car park with 106 parking spaces and innovative, environment-friendly tools expected to allow the project to be awarded with a “Very Good” BREEAM certificate.

Centrum Marszałkowska is the first office building integrated with a tube station, and along with all the facilities typical for an A+ class buildings, it offers as many as five green terraces and a carefully revitalised open municipal Witold Rowicki arcade.
